Erika Lyremark, ex-stripper, knows firsthand that just because a job is lucrative, does not make it rewarding. Now a successful career and life coach, she has learned that just because your dreams may seem hazy and out of reach today, does not mean they are unobtainable tomorrow. It may just take a little “whippage”.


Founder of DailyWhip.Com , Erika long ago realized the problem is not that we don’t know how to change our lives, the problem is that we lack the self-discipline to do it. Accountability can be painful, but more painful is not achieving your dreams, ambitions, and goals. From business goals, to career goals, to life goals clients are motivated to choose the pain of self-discipline over the pain of regret.

I have been through Erika’s Daily Whip Boot Camp, and I must say, for me it has been the ride of my life! Erika’s no-bull-all-balls coaching style creates a mix of inspiration and motivation. Her concept is uncomplicated: decide what you are committed to, and develop an action plan and accountability to live out that commitment on a day-by-day, minute-by-minute, basis. The implementation is challenging, and Erika makes no apologizes for that.

"It’s about learning to make tough choices,” Erika always says. “It won't be easy, in fact I guaranty that it will be hard. But then again so is living a life that is not your own. So choose your pain.”

For me, choosing my pain has meant leaving behind my fears, and committing to be the person I am; to nurture my creativity, (art, writing and music), and to allow my faith to be strengthened through daily spiritual disciplines. The fruits of working with Erika are still being harvested in my life, like a long-term investment. Having a plan of action gave me relief in the short term, and following the plan gives me undeniable results in the long term.
