Dominatrix 'blackmailing doctor over sex act filmed him twice after deleting first one'
A dominatrix accused of blackmailing an eminent doctor over an alleged sex act, had to film him twice after accidentally deleting the first tape, a court has heard.

Marion Burton, who advertised her services as Mistress J, performed a sex act on the doctor while he was administering a botox injection to her, Reading Crown Court heard.


It is alleged Mrs Burton, 50, who secretly filmed the doctor at the clinic in Berkishire last October, went on to demand £20,000 from him for keeping quiet about the tryst.

The doctor, who can only be identified as Doctor X, went to police after being confronted by Mrs Burton's husband Terry, who threatened to pass the footage on to national newspapers.

In a telephone conversation between the pair, recorded by Thames Valley Police officers, Mr Burton told the doctor he wanted the money paid in cash.

When the doctor asked what would happen if he did not pay, Mr Burton replied: ''Well, first of all, I think I'd pass the stuff on to the News of the World, who are interested in such stories, because they pay big money for stuff like that because you are someone interesting.

''The medical association, they do investigations on doctors.''
The doctor asked Mr Burton what the consequences would be if he could not get the money, to which the reply was: ''Well, you've got a problem, ain't you?''

Mr Burton told the doctor he would email him some of the footage, adding: ''Believe me mate, you're in there hook and sinker.''

The doctor is asked to pay the £20,000 in notes ''no bigger than 20s'' by Mr Burton, who refuses to say how he obtained the footage, adding: ''That's for me to know, and you not to know.''

The pair made arrangements to meet at a motorway service station. When the doctor admitted he was frightened, Mr Burton reassured him: ''I'm not going to touch you mate. Don't worry about that.''

Mrs Burton had previously contacted a journalist at a Reading-based news agency to discuss selling her story of becoming a dominatrix after losing her job as a mortgage broker and running up debts of £55,000.
She then told the reporter of a sexual incident that had happened with the doctor at the clinic, saying she was going to return with video equipment to covertly film him.

Mr Burton, 51, has pleaded guilty to blackmail, a charge that his wife, of Maple Crescent, Slough, Berkshire, denies.

Doctor X previously told the jury he felt ''intimidated and threatened'' by the blackmail attempt.

He said he did not initiate sexual contact with Mrs Burton, adding that he did not do anything without her consent.
