You’re hosting a dating show called the Perfect Catch. Would you say you’re the perfect catch?
It’s hard for me to be objective. I give a lot of love when I’m in a relationship. I live, eat and breathe my man and I can be motherly. But I also have bad habits, which don’t make me perfect.

Such as?
I swear like a sailor. And I’m not into cuddling.

You’re beginning to sound like a man. Do you also pick your toenails, by any chance?
Ha ha! Luckily that’s one thing I don’t do. But I do know some people who are turned on by toe picking.

Toes aside, what is it that most attracts you to a guy?
Someone who stands out and isn’t afraid to be an individual. I love a man who is tough and has lived a full life and who’s lived on the edge. To me, that’s sexier than a physical thing. I’ve never been into physique. If a man has a good body then it’s an added bonus.

What are your top sex tips?
Don’t ignore the fun stuff, like buying lingerie and putting together a perfect little outfit to dress up in. Corsets are really flattering and so sexy. Then add cami knickers, garter belts, stockings and a nice pair of high heels.

Is how you take it off more important than how you put it on?
Absolutely. You can make it all work by learning how to do a striptease for your partner. That’s always a thrill and it makes you feel so confident. I learnt how to do it for The Crazy Horse Burlesque Show in Vegas, and, honestly, that experience was so empowering and made me feel so sexy.

So are you handy with a whip and a pair of handcuffs?
Oh yeah. Someone bought me exactly that as a present. I think they meant it as a joke, so they were a bit surprised when I used them all the time. In the wrong hands, the whip can be painful, but I’m an expert at handling it, so it’s a very erotic thing. That’s what I say to girls - if your man steps out of line, give him a little whip.

Have you ever put your old Baywatch costume on and run round the bedroom in slow motion?
That’s one thing I actually haven’t done. I’d need the original costume to do that, and sadly I don’t have it.

What part of your body are you happiest with?
My eyes. I always get complimented on them. The eyes are the windows to the soul. I can look into people’s eyes and get a vibe right away and people say that about me.

What advice would you give for becoming a sex kitten?
Firstly, concentrate on the things you love about yourself. We all have a tendency to focus on the part of our bodies that we hate and that’s all you end up thinking about. Change your thinking and start loving yourself - that will build your confidence. And confidence is always sexy in a person.

Who do you think is the sexiest British guy?
David Beckham. He’s got those rough edges that make him very sexy.

Do you ever take your work home with you?
Of course. You have to strip for your man - and let me tell you, it’s always appreciated!

So what outfits put you in a sexy mood?
Any sort of lingerie immediately makes me feel very sexy, particularly if it’s by Coco de Mer or Agent Provocateur. But I love everything, from cute silly stuff to the more edgy, bondage kind of look.

Is it true that at school you made a boy carry your books to class every day?
Ooh yes, I did. I was tough, but I had this sweet innocence about me, so I could get away with it. I learnt at a very young age because I had four brothers who bullied me all the time, so when I went to school I took it out on the boys there. I guess I’ve always had an inner dominatrix waiting to get out!

Any other favourite sex games?
Playing strip spin the bottle as a teenager was fun. Although I’d always layer up on clothes if I knew we were going to play, so I stayed in control.

Have you always been able to twist men around your finger?
You could say that. My favourite method of controlling men is to kill ’em with kindness. You bat your eyelashes, give them a little smile, and show them the sweetness of you as a woman. Because ultimately guys like a strong woman with a certain sweetness about her.

Who do you think is a sexy woman?
The actress Ann-Margret. I’ve always admired her because she’s gorgeous, she could act, she could dance and she always had so much fire. And she dated Elvis! It doesn’t get sexier than that.
