A Leeds man who took a picture of a 14-year-old girl chained to a bed naked and got her pregnant has been locked up indefinitely
Gordon Moore, 39, formerly of Euston Grove, Holbeck, abducted the youngster and hid her at houses across the country after police and social services launched investigations.
Leeds Crown Court heard the girl, now 16, was engaged to be married to Moore, has had his child and is obsessed with him.
Judge Kerry Macgill jailed Moore indefinitely and banned him from contacting the girl, now in local authority care, until she is 18.
Police found bondage gear and sex toys at the house where Moore had been living with the young girl.
Prosecutor Richard Woolfall said Moore started a relationship with the girl after meeting her at a party in March 2008 when he was 38 and she was 14.
Police soon became aware Moore was living with the girl and discovered her in bed with a 17-year-old girl at Moore's house later the same month.
Mr Woolfall said police took no action because the girl denied she was in a sexual relationship with Moore.
Police and social services made further visits to the house and bondage equipment and love poems written by the girl were found. During one visit by social workers last October the girl ran away and went missing.
The court heard Moore was charged with abduction after arranging for her to be kept at houses in Milton Keynes, Rotherham and Leeds for around four weeks. He wanted to keep her away from social services until she was 16.
Moore was arrested last October 20 on suspicion of harbouring a missing person, but released due to insufficient evidence because police didn't know where the girl was.
But on November 1 last year a man and a woman who had been helping Moore hide the girl went to police and told all.
When Moore was arrested police discovered more then 250 indecent images of the girl on a digital camera memory card.
Mark McKone, for Moore said it was a "wholly inappropriate" but consensual relationship and the girl had not complained to police.
Sentencing Moore to an indeterminate prison sentence for public protection, Judge Kerry Macgill told him: "I'm quite satisfied she came under your spell. I'm quite satisfied that this was an ongoing sexual relationship."
A Sexual Offences Prevention Order was made banning Moore from contacting the girl until she is 18 and from ever working with children.
Moore had admitted child abduction, sexual activity with a child and two charges relating to indecent images of a child
