NEW YORK--The films showing at the seventh annual Cinekink NYC Film Festival aren’t exactly porn, so leave your Pee-wee Herman impulses at home. These shorts, documentaries and dramas are sex- and kink-positive, but still classy-who says smut can’t be artsy? “People automatically think it’s porn and the emphasis is on sex,” says cofounder Lisa Vandever. “But the depictions aren’t necessarily explicit.” Catch these steamy screenings at Anthology Film Archives through Sunday 21. 32 Second Ave at 2nd St (212-505-5181, cinekink.com). $8.

›› What happens when a Juilliard-trained ballet dancer follows his heart and becomes a stripper? In the documentary Waxie Moon (Thu 18 at 9:10pm), it means a little less Giselle and a lot more gender ambiguity.

›› Des Jours Plus Belles Que la Nuit (Fri 19 at 11pm) is a Dutch film following a couple in real time as they lounge and screw around in an empty house. What else is there to do when there’s no furniture?

›› Break out the French maid costume for Yes, Mistress (Sat 20 at 8pm), a collection of shorts about the service profession. In one, a dominatrix plays hostage-taker-in a good way-and in another a socialite gets dominated in the back of a taxi-again, in a good way.
