UK- ABERDEEN- A KINKY sex party venue has been forced to shut after council officials refused it a late-night license - following objections by cops.


Aberdeen Swingers Club has now cancelled all events after losing a bid to extend weekend opening hours.

The site, next door to a gospel CHURCH, is also home to a local fetish group - which held regular bondage nights dubbed Hells Bells.

The swingers' club, thought to be the only one of its kind in the north-east, hoped to stay open till 4am for members-only Saturday parties.

But the move was vetoed by Grampian Police Chief Constable Colin McKerracher who feared they would spark "complaints from neighbouring residents" due to noise and anti-social behaviour.

The application was made by Wellman's Health Studio - a 'men-only' sauna and health spa - which rents out the venue to the two clubs.

But cops who inspected Wellman's found no fitness gear - despite online boasts of a sauna, eight-person jacuzzi, sunbeds and a gym.

The website describes the club as a "safe, friendly and relaxed space designed as a male meeting place".

It adds: "Soon to arrive will be our own masseuse who has very talented fingers." A Wellman's spokesman said last night: "We're still open in the day for men only, not swingers."
