Female fighters popping up in porn

USA - VIRGINIA BEACH - Women hitting the mat hard, squeezing their opponents into submission as fighters with Virginia Beach's Tidewater Female Fighting group, or TUFF.
"It was a thrill and, like, an adrenaline rush, a major adrenaline rush," says one female.
The rush turned into a rude awakening for one of TUFF's former fighters, when she realized a video like this of her fighting during practice ended up on the porn and fetish website "Clips for Sale.com."
There's a warning about it's sexually explicit content. Female bondage, domination, masturbation, wrestling, and a whole lot more we can't show you here.
"Why was that on there? It was just disgusting," she says.
This woman doesn't want to show her face, but she wants to share her cautionary tale.
You see, TUFF is an amateur all female fighting group created by Gary Pekoe of Virginia Beach. Women and girls as young as sixteen can join TUFF and get mixed martial arts training for free.
NewsChannel 3 obtained this copy of the media waiver fighters are asked to sign. It gives TUFF the right to take any "photographs, video or digital recordings" of the fighter.
By signing it, fighters "waive any rights, claims or interest" "in whatever media used."
"I was under the impression that the videos were only on the TUFF site and on YouTube," she says.
She learned through a friend a taped practice of her with another fighter was uploaded to clips4sale.com under the cat-fighting section.
TUFF uploaded these videos of its fighters with an advertisement for TUFF below the videos.
"I was obviously highly upset over it, it made me cry, I was very, very upset," she says.
The woman says she confronted Pekoe about the videos and the videos with her in them came down.
"I don't think it's respect when you go and put videos behind our backs on a fetish site," she says.
Get this - because she and the other fighters signed that media waiver we showed you, TUFF owners did nothing illegal by putting the videos on the porn site.
After declining an on camera request, TUFF owner Gary Pekoe sent this statement.
He says "every woman that was videotaped signed a release knowing full well that there could be commercialization of the footage. As is our policy, if any TUFF participant is unhappy with their work being shown in public, we gladly remove it. And in this case when NewsChannel 3 told us someone was unhappy, we took down the work accordingly."
The same day we contacted Pekoe about this story the portion of the site featuring TUFF fighters was closed.
This woman has already left TUFF, but wanted to come forward when she realized videos of other TUFF fighters were still on the site.
While we've blurred her image to protect her identity, she hopes her message about reading the fine print is clear.
"Other girls should know so it doesn't happen in the future," she says.
A current TUFF fighter contacted us saying TUFF is a supportive environment for female fighters. Pekoe also told me that he has never, and would never, post videos of his underage fighters on a site like clips4sale
