Update: Bondage Club in St. Louis MO.

USA - ST. LOUIS - We noticed your article regarding our club, The Facility losing our permit. For the record, we did not LOSE our permit as was reported in the media. The hearing was for occupancy of one part of our building - which had not been issued yet. (We had occupancy in other parts of the building.)
We would like to give you an update. After continued problems with the local Alderman, fueled by the underground BDSM community, we moved our location and are now open and operating as the first legal BDSM venue in MO. We are licensed by the City, and have our occupancy permit which states usage as:
BDSM/Education/Safety/Seminars/Meeting Hall (yes, it officially states this on the permit).
