Agent Provocateur Sues Over Sexy Bondage Bikini.

, - has filed a lawsuit against swimsuit brand Kimberley London for allegedly knocking off their best-selling bikini, called the "Mazzy." The defendant is Kimberley Garner, a 23-year-old heiress-slash-model who founded Kimberley London earlier this year with a capsule collection of swimwear "inspired by fabulous locations around the world." Garner is also something of a British celebrity, having appeared on a reality show called Made in Chelsea. She told British newspaper Metro
, that the suit is "such a nightmare," adding that she intends to defend her business in court. While a lawsuit involving a model, two bondage bikinis, and lots of money sounds like a reality show in itself, chances are this will be settled out of court, as all the most entertaining cases usually are.
