UK - She was singing songs from her new EP called New Rules which she is giving to fans for free.
And it seems Alexandra Burke really has come up with some New Rules - at least when it comes to style.
The 25-year-old continued her birthday celebrations by performing at G.A.Y dressed in a very unforgiving black latex leotard on Saturday evening.
The skintight outfit showed off every aspect of her body, while the low-cut nature of it showed off her cleavage.
Alex wore the latex number with a pair of nude coloured tights and lace-up boots, which unfortunately made her legs look a little on the stumpy side.
She completed her dramatic stage look by wearing her lightened hair loose and with plenty of dark eye make-up.
Ahead of her performance the singer posed with a see-through blue kimono-style cover-up which she whipped off as she got going.
After treating fans to a medley of her tunes the X Factor winner was presented with a birthday cake, which she happily blew out on stage.
While Alexs birthday was in fact last Sunday she has been celebrating all week and hit the town on Thursday evening for her birthday party.
And before heading out to celebrate she released her free downloadable EP of six new tracks as a thank you to her fans, ahead of her third studio album, which is due next year.
The music has both surprised and delighted fans due to his confident sound and personal lyrics.
On Day Dreams, she talks of her relationship with ex boyfriend Jermain Defoe, the subject of much tabloid gossip when it ended last year.
The star, who spent much of 2012 trying to launch her career across the pond in the US, is releasing the brand new music as a 'thank you' to the fans who have stuck by her since her X Factor win five years ago.
While Alexandra became known for her catchy pop and R&B songs at the start of her career, she is set to showcase a different set of singing skills later this year as she takes on Lady Sings The Blues in a series of concerts.
Originally scheduled to happen in June, the singer reportedly pushed back the shows due to an 'overwhelming demand' for tickets.
