Bondage couple spotted near children's Easter egg hunt in Brentwood.

UK - BRENTWOOD - A couple carrying out an "obscene" act were spotted close to a popular dogging spot on Saturday morning, just metres from where a children’s Easter egg hunt was taking place.
A member of the public reported seeing a man in his 40s accompanied by a topless woman with her hands cuffed behind her back at around 11.15am on Childerditch Lane.
She was leant against a dark-coloured estate car on the side of the road and was wearing a mask with no eyeholes.
Her hands were cuffed behind her back and the man appeared to be tying or untying her.
They were seen close to the junction to The Avenue and a car park, which was listed as one of Brentwood’s dogging hotspots earlier this year by doggingsites.blogspot.co.uk.
The local resident, who wished to remain anonymous, said: “They were on the inside of the car but it was on full display.
“The most obscene thing about it all was you could hear kids on their Easter egg hunts in Thorndon."
A spokesman from Essex Police said: "A sexual act in a public place is not illegal unless is causes alarm and distress to others."
