USA - NEW YORK (WJLA) -- Madonna graces the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine for its 50th anniversary issue, with several different covers.
The May 2015 edition covers feature the music icon as a sexy dominatrix in photos that are likely to stir controversy as only the outspoken and provocative Madonna can.
The 56-year-old Madonna last appeared on the cover of Cosmo back in May 1990 - which was the magazine's 25th anniversary.
"Popularity comes and goes. You need to know who you are, what you stand for, and why you're here," Madonna said in an interview with the magazine for this latest cover appearance.
