UK - LONDON - A dominatrix and former Exeter University graduate whose sex dungeon sparked noise complaints by angry neighbours is demanding cash from her submissive followers - so she can escape to the countryside.
The fetish queen - called Mistress Evilyne - came under fire after concerned residents called the police and complained about loud whipping.
The kinky dominatrix, who currently rents her Orpington home and dungeon, is now hoping to raise £500,000 from men desperate for her X-rated services.
She has set up a crowdfunding account and called for supporters to help her pursue her dream to move her Dungeon Manor business somewhere more private.
Evilyne also fears she may be turfed out of the four-bed, one dungeon, property, after a killjoy neighbour grassed her up to the rental company.
She said: "I never meant to upset anyone. At the time that I moved here, my operation was a small one and unnoticeable.
"Now it has grown, and with it, I have outgrown this house.
"Please help me raise the money to buy a nice country property from where we can continue to spread the word about ethical kink and where we can all live out our fantasies without upsetting any neighbours."
An anonymous neighbour called the police after the dominatrix had an adult film production crew making a movie out the front of her house, leading to armed police showing up moments later.
The neighbour, who also called Evilyne's estate agent to grass her up about running the business, said that the company were 'horrified' when they learned what was going on in the building.
The single mum-of-two called the situation next door a "nightmare come true".
She added: "It doesn't feel like my home any more.
"It's not funny what's going on in there.
"It's sinister and I hope it closes down."
Evilyne's services include face sitting, cigarette play, ball busting and 24 hour domination.
She claims her business is all about challenging the stigma surrounding fetishism and dominatrices and has received waves of support online.
Facebook user James Allum said: "The thing that annoys me is people's lack of understanding when it comes to S&M.
"Granted most people don't like it but hey there is plenty of things people dislike and hate but do they make it a big deal and report it to the police? No."
Evilyne, a former pastry chef, said: "My dream is to create a special place where couples can come and explore their sexuality, where dominant women and submissive men can be themselves away from prying eyes, where people feel that they are in a safe haven.
"Donors of large amounts (£5,000 and over) will of course be considered as part of the Dungeon Manor family, and as such, will be invited to special events in the future.
"Let's change Britain's view of the lifestyle."
